How do I know if my order has been placed?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number as soon as your order has been placed.
How long until my order will ship?
Processing and handling time for all orders is one business day, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders will ship by FedEx after they have been processed. We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.
How do I make a return?
- Sign in to your account
- Select "Returns" from the side navigation
- Click "Request New Retun"
- Fill out the return request form
How do I cancel an order?
As long as your order has not shipped you can request an order to be canceled.

- Make sure to select "Cancel Order" from the department pulldown
- Also, make sure to assign the ticket to the order you would like to cancel/li>

Do you have a catalog?
We do not have any catalogs. You can view and purchase all of our bras online.
How do I make an exchange?
Making an exchange is very similar to a return. Follow those steps and instead of requesting a refund, you will simply select the option for exchanging your purchase.
For international orders we do not offer exchanges. Just return the item and place a new order.

What does it mean when my order is “being processed”?
Orders are marked as “being processed” if they have not shipped yet.
How can I pay for an order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is out of stock you will be not be able to select it and add it to your shopping bag.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is charged for all customers located in the state of New York. The tax rate is based on the county where your order is shipped to and will be calculated during the checkout process.
